Engine 15-2 and Squad 15 responded to Box Alarm 44-03 to 2375 Philadelphia Avenue- US Inn & Apartmetns for a reported apartment fire with entrapment. Units arrived on scene and with smoke showing from Room 121. The victim was able to make it outside to safety prior to the fire departments arrival. Crews were able to locate the fire and reported as a mattress on fire with no extension. The mattress was pulled outside and was extinguished. Command 44 held the assignment to Engine 13-1 and Engine 43 and returned the remainder of the assignment. |
